Dr. Limor Weinstein is a dedicated and highly experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Eating Disorder Specialist practicing in New York City. With a profound personal journey overcoming anorexia and bulimia, Limor has devoted over 20 years to helping individuals and families navigate through various psychological challenges. She is the founder and director of Bespoke Wellness Partners, an innovative practice focused on providing holistic and evidence-based mental health care. Throughout her career, Limor has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the President of the New York Mental Health Association, Metro Chapter, and Co-chair of the Academy of Eating Disorders Innovation and Technology Division. Her dedication to mental health extends to her PhD, focusing on the experiences of teens in counseling and investigating why treatment failed for individuals with severe and enduring anorexia nervosa, emphasizing the importance of assessment and holistic care. ​ Limor's approach at Bespoke Wellness Partners is grounded in the Polyvagal Theory and Transactional Analysis.
